The above are the cutting conditions for the SEC-HR (straight blade). The SEC-HSPR and SEC-HP-SPR (helical flute) can process with the above cutting conditions increased by 30 to 50%.

* Cautions in Setting Cutting Conditions

1. Cutting speed is determined based on standard cutting conditions. However, when the runout accuracy of the holder (shrink-fit holders are recommended) and machining center spindle are high, cut at slightly higher conditions.
2. Stable cutting is possible when the finishing allowance is set within 1/3 or higher of the C chamfer section of the boring end mill tip.
