[Features]
-Demonstrates high performance in machining general steel, EN 1.4301 Equiv. (sintered) and heat-treated steel (up to 50 HRC)
-The unique shape of the chip groove enables grooves to be cut with a depth of cut equivalent to that of a 2-blade tool
-By adopting a stitch groove length 1. 5 times longer than the cutting edge diameter, it is possible to machine the bottom surface while suppressing chatter
-Compared to square end mills with 30° helix angle, both rotation and feed are more than twice as fast
-The 45° helix angle makes it ideal for high-speed machining compared to a general-purpose cutter with 30° helix angle
-it has a coating with high oxidation resistance and high hardness, and achieves long life. Effective in high-speed machining and dry machining as coating characteristics
-Can be reground. Please refer to the "Regrinding Service" page for application procedures, range of services, prices, etc.

● It has a TS film coating with much greater oxidation resistance and hardness than conventional films, resulting in a longer operational life and ideal for high speed machining / dry machining.
● The unique tip pocket shape allows for the cutting of grooves to be achieved with 2 flutes in parallel at the cutting depth.
● It has a stubby blade with a flute length 1.5 times greater than the blade diameter, suppressing chatter while machining bottom surfaces.
● Compared to 30° twisted square end mills, both rotation and feed capacity are more than double for higher speed machining.
