Junflon High-Barrier PFA Tube
[Features]
· A fluoropolymer tube with superior barrier properties.
· A hybrid tube that uses fluoropolymer PFA in the inner layer and the barrier properties of fluoropolymer in the outer layer.
· The wetted inner layer using semiconductor PFA, has high basic characteristics (purity, chemical/heat resistance, and antiadhesion) in semiconductor piping applications .
· The barrier properties of the fluoropolymer is superior to the barrier properties of the acids (hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, etc.) and ammonia.
· Suppresses the permeation of acids in comparison to conventional PFA tubing.
· Reduces adverse environmental impacts on the wider environment.
· The transparency of the fluid can be maintained over a long period of time.
· The mechanical properties are equivalent to a conventional PFA tubing.
· This product is manufactured from raw material input to the molding and packaging in a consistently managed clean environment.
