Nylon 6 resin plate molded by casting.
[Features]
·The material is the basic grade of MC nylon, whose mechanical strength, thermal properties, chemical properties, and abrasion resistance have been made better than general Nylon 6.
·Large products (up to 1,000 × 2,000 mm for square plate, and up to 1,000 mm in diameter for round plate) can be molded.
·Excels in oil resistance and heat resistance, and can be used as parts in various environments from food production to steel manufacturing.
·Continuous operating temperature: 120°C .
·Excels in self-lubricating properties and can be used even in situations where lubricant oil cannot be used.
