Heaters

Heaters are devices that use electricity to generate heat. The heated items can be gases (such as air), liquids (such as water or oil) or solids (such as metals). Several varieties are available. Examples include sheath heaters that can adjust the thermal conduction heat quantity, and cast-in heaters composed of a sheath heater cast inside a block of cast metal. Cartridge heaters can warm small spaces or intricately shaped objects. They are used in a wide range of applications. Other heater types include non-contact infrared / far infrared heaters and heaters that use induction heating. Heaters are used in a wide range of industries. Their main application is as components of equipment used for operations such as processing food, processing metals and manufacturing or processing plastics.
