Can I cancel products I have already ordered?

You can send cancellations free of charge to MISUMI in writing within 2 hours after receiving the order confirmation.  A later cancellation is dependent on the product and needs to be checked. You can find further information in our Cancellation policy or contact the MISUMI customer service.
