How can you complain about a lack of quality in the product?

In every case you should first get in touch with our technical support department. To do this, send an email to: or call +49 (0) 6196 7746 499.

Take photos of the faulty product if possible so that our employees can check the defect on site.

Please note that you should check your ordered parts before further use, because defects detected later may lead to problems with your complaint.

The components complained about will then be picked up at your location by MISUMI and you receive an immediate replacement.
