Clearance and Rights Functionality

You now have the opportunity to add user and administration rights to your company profile. So normal users can place an order and select an approver at the last step of the order process. 



The approver then receives an e-mail with the details of the order and can either approve, refuse or return the order with comments. This simplifies your internal clearance processes.

Customer Statement download

You can view your balance overview straight away. This overview includes all orders and follow-up information on payments including account numbers. You can also download the overview as a CSV or PDF file.

Display your corporate information

Under the option “Your Corporate information”, you can view your account information, such as customer master data, delivery addresses, billing addresses or payment options.

Download function for failures in the order process

In the event of incorrect item numbers in the ordering process, you will receive a failure report and suggestions for alternative item numbers. 


Then you can download this list with the incorrect item number and the suggested alternatives as a PDF and forward them to the appropriate point of contact in your company. This allows you to rectify mistakes quicker.

Simplified check-out process

The check-out process has been made shorter and is now presented more clearly. Just two clicks from basket to order confirmation. This makes orders quicker to carry out.
