· SUSP-type couplings have stainless steel SUS316 valve mechanisms provided in socket and plug parts, and sealing material compatible with various reagents for the semiconductor industry, biotechnology industry, and physics and chemistry industry are used.
· High-quality fitting that is corrosion resistant and suppresses chemical changes of organic solvents to a minimum.
· Both the main body and parts can be treated with electrolytic polishing, passivating, etc.
