CHIYODA TSUSHO
A one-touch fitting with a rotation locking ring to prevent from turning and breaking. A male elbow with a body manufactured from metal or resin.
[Features]
· All-metal type fittings demonstrate excellent strength under tough conditions. The resin body type fittings are lightweight.
· Pipes connected to different machines can be easily identified by attaching display rings (sold separately).
· A rotating locking ring type for preventing full rotation of the tubes.
· The threaded section has been seal processed—enabling pipes to be used directly.
· The body and thread section of the elbows and branch tee are rotatable.

Lightweight, one-touch fitting with a flame-retardant resin. Male elbows.
[Features]
· Unnecessary parts have been eliminated and the sizes of remaining parts have been minimized to achieve the ultimate cost performance.
· Further weight reduction achieved by making body parts all resin.
· Utilized a new lock ring to achieve a joint function to perform piping work more smoothly and securely.
· Used new packing to reduce the connecting operation force while maintaining high airtightness.
· The model identifiers have been inscribed on products using an all-item laser marking process.
· A standard, flame-retardant resin has been adopted.
· Screw part sealing (R screw): Can be used for piping as-is because the threaded part has been sealed.
· The body and screw parts of elbows can rotate.

· Upper threading flexibility: the elbow and branch tee part body and thread elements can be rotated.

Touch Connector H Type Elbow Connector

A one-touch fitting with high pull-out strength and durability. Metal elbow connector.
[Features]
· Utilizes a special locking ring to provide maximum pull-out force and durability for this one-touch fitting.
· The O-ring has been replaced with a Viton® packing seal to support high temperatures. Optimally suited to P flexible piping (please install an OF, such as CKN-6-01-H-OF, at the end).
· To insert multilayered tubing, peel off the outer section and install the one-touch coupling.
· The life of the tube can be increased significantly by fitting a standard metal cap to prevent exposure of the inner tube.
· All-metal types have exceptional strength under tough conditions.
· Thread section sealing (R thread): The thread section is sealed. Therefore, the fitting can be used directly for piping.
· The body and thread section of the elbows and branch tee are rotatable.
