[Notes]
·Cylinder thrust (specified value) is based on "no leakage between the vacuum pad and workpiece when supplying 0.5 MPa."
 The cylinder thrust of this product depends on the degree of vacuum inside the cylinder tube, so if the supply pressure cannot secure 0.5 MPa or there is a leak
between the vacuum pad and the workpiece, please measure the actual degree of vacuum, and then calculate the cylinder thrust using the formula below.
 

 Formula: Cylinder thrust = 5 × (Actual degree of vacuum -kPa ÷ 85) [N]
 

 Calculation example) When the actual degree of vacuum is -60 kPa.
     Cylinder thrust = 5 × (60÷85) ≈ 3.5 [N]
