Basic information

Features: Helical rack gears have a higher contact ratio than straight rack gears, resulting in superior transmission accuracy and quieter operation.
The 19° 31' 42" helical angle has a CP (circular pitch) front surface pitch, which makes it easy to design and position.
The helical rack gear is becoming the world standard in helical angles, mainly in Europe.

How to Connect Rack Gears
MIFree Cutting SteelI Helical Rack Gears are end machined with negative pitch tolerance in length.
When connecting, use an assembly gauge from the same module as a spacer jig as shown in the figure below to properly adjust the pitch.
