    · Mini mill thread is a carbide solid mill thread developed for threading the inside diameter of very small holes.
    · Achieves phenomenal performance due to its highly precise blade shape and multiple-layer titanium aluminum nitride coated high performance ultrafine particle carbide (MT7).
    · Small diameter threading from M1 x 0.25 (pilot hole diameter φ0.75 mm) is possible.
    · Because high-speed cutting can be performed, machining time is shortened.
    · The blade length is short (3 ridges), so cutting load is not applied.
    · Can be used to cut the effective thread up to the edge of blind holes.
    · Enables thread cutting of difficult-to-cut and high hardness materials.
