ESD Electronics Nippers 7732

ESD Electronics Nippers 7732
Optimal high-precision nippers for extremely precise electronics-related, and precision equipment-related cutting work.

[Features]
· ESD: When handling electrostatic discharge sensitive devices (ESDS) using pliers, it is necessary to control the discharge of electricity from the handle of the pliers in accordance with relevant standards and regulations (for example, IEC TR61 340-5, DIN EN61340-5, SP Method 2472).
· By slowly discharging static electricity energy, Knipex ESD pliers help protect parts.
· Electrostatic discharge (ESD) type.
· Three-piece combination joint (box joint).
· Head finish: Mirror finish.
· Style: Tapered head, cutting surface is shaped like a small umbrella.
· Hardness of the blades which have been carefully quenched is approximately HRC 62.
· Oil tempered and quenched special tool steel is used for the material

Features The electrostatic discharge (ESD) type joint comes with a precise 3-piece joint (box joint) double open spring of less resistance. Hence, it is not necessary to open the jaws of the pliers when working with it repeatedly. Since the tool is treated for rust prevention by polishing it with high grade oil, the coating comes off from the tool and does not affect the circuit adversely. A special steel used for tools is used to make this pair of pliers after processing it for oil quenching and tempering. The hardness of the carefully quenched blade is about HRC62.
