Prototyping/Machining Tools
Prototyping / manufacturing tools are tools used to mount components on PCBs. Cleaning brushes use glass fiber for the brush part and convenient to carry due to their compact pen shape. They can be used in a soldering process for cleaning before applying flux. In addition, they are suitable for cleaning small gaps such as electric part contacts, battery contacts and fixing brackets. The brush can be moved in and out by turning the knob, such that you can use it at the required length, and store the brush when not in use. When the brush deteriorates, the brush part can be easily replaced. There are also mounting brackets for fixing housings to PCBs, which are used with compatible housings.
