Foam Cushioning Materials
Foam cushioning material is a material that protects against impact by packing objects and filling gaps when transporting products or parts. There are various shapes such as sheet types, plate types, bag types, etc. Large and sheet-shaped cushioning materials are cut and packed, or small and cylindrical cushioning materials are laid in empty spaces. There are also some products that are thin bags before use and then can be hit to expand. In all cases, soft and cushioning materials such as polyethylene and polyurethane are the most common, but there are also foam cushioning materials made using natural materials such as corn starch, etc. Many products are eco-friendly, such as burning no harmful gas and decomposing into water and carbon dioxide when buried.
