Brushes with Shafts (Product Type: Torsional brush)
Shaft-mounted brushes are tools with a shaft that are mounted on electric tools and used for polishing, deburring, paint removal, and the like. They are used when polishing a work surface by hand. There are various brush tips, such as spiral brush, flat type brush, end brush, cup brush, and flower brush. Brush materials like wavy iron and brass are for deburring and rust removal, and stainless steel and the like is for polishing. There are many types of brush materials, which must be selected according to the application the brush is used for. It is most effective if the bristle tips of a brush with the shaft is pressed against the workpiece, so it is appropriate to cut the bristles to about 1 to 2 mm. Also, the tools that they can be attached to differ by shank diameter, so caution must be taken when using.
