    The rounded blade shape and special blade coating provide low thermal conductivity, meaning that even when machining materials that are likely to heat up the blade, the blade tip remains strong, the tip shape is stable and a long operational life is realized.
    The TS coating consisting of a nitride-based composite film with a fully crystalline structure means that it realizes a high oxidation resistance temperature and high hardness. Achieves a longer lifespan for high speed machining and dry machining of SUS work materials.
