Flat Head Screws (Surface Treatment: Chrome Plating)

MISUMI offers a variety of selectable flathead screws, available in steel and stainless steel, in the strength classes 8.8, 10.9, A2-50 and A4-80. Thread lengths range from 3 to 50 mm and thread diameters from M2 to M12. Ultra low head cap screws can be configured with a hexagon socket, hexagon socket (Torx) or hexagon (external hex). The available surface treatments (burnished, nickel-plated, chrome-plated and low-reflection LTBC plating) also make the flathead screws resistant to a variety of environmental influences.
Bolts Screws with a flat head are space saving. They are ideally suited for areas that must form as much of a flat surface as possible. Due to their head geometry, external hex or socket flathead screws allow counterbores to be drilled less deep or to be omitted completely, depending on the design. As a result, covers can be made thinner and thus save weight and costs.
Since flathead screws protrude less from the surfaces of assembly parts, they can also reduce the risk of injury.
