· This one-way clutch comprises a thin‑walled, drawn outer ring with a series of ramps on the inside diameter, plastic cages, pressure springs and needle rollers.
· Can transmit torque in only one direction.
· The height of the radial direction cross-section is particularly low.
· High lock accuracy.
· The individual spring loading of the needle rollers ensures continuous contact between the shaft, needle rollers and ramps.
· High lock speed.
· This is due to the small mass of the locking parts and the resulting low moment of inertia.
· Low free-wheeling frictional torque.
· Lubricated using a lithium soap grease (DIN 51825-K2 E-25).
· Easy to install.
· The outer ring is press-fitted into the hole of the housing.
· It is not necessary to fix the direction of the shaft.
· Can be combined with drawn cup needle roller bearings from the HK and BK series.
· The height of the radial cross-section is the same.
