Electric return stop

Return stops are used in low-friction transfer systems (eg with accumulation roller chain). They prevent rebounding of the workpiece carrier from the separator in the stopping process. Rebounding the workpiece carriers leads to complications in the control of the workpiece carriers since the workpiece carrier is temporarily not at the presumed position. In addition, rebounding has a negative effect on the cycle time, and the components of the transfer system are more strongly loaded by the multiple impact of the workpiece carrier on the separator. Retrun stops may not be used to stop the workpiece carriers in the conveying direction. During transport ot the workpiece carrier in regular transport direction, the pawl of the return stop is pressed down by the workpiece carrier when moving over it.Retrun stops "ASREL" can be lowered electrically for the reversing operation of the conveyor.
