Basic information
Hydraulic quick fittings are used to easily and safely connect and disconnect pipe and other oil equipment, without the need for special tools or equipment.
Technicians can select the specific part for their system from the Prevost fittings range (anchor link to the first paragraph), by figuring out the pressure, temperature and other technical conditions.
Double-closure fitting system: when uncoupled, the fitting shuts off the fluid supply and a closure system stops the adaptor to avoid downstream fluid flow.
