MISUMI Rapid Design: Reducing the design time by 30 percent

MISUMI Rapid Design (inCAD Components) is a CAD library integrated into SolidWorks and is connected to design tools. The programme already covers 97 percent of MISUMI products at present and is available free of charge in German and English.

The high data density helps designers with economical and efficient purchasing: The price, lead time and various design specifications can be displayed with MISUMI Rapid Design (inCAD Components) with just a few clicks. This enables engineers to plan more reliably, make quicker modifications – or, as the case may be, to select alternative components. SolidWorks users with access to the MISUMI online shop can even order configured parts directly. This helps designers to simplify and accelerate their product development considerably. Figures show that the design time can be reduced by up to 30 percent with MISUMI Rapid Design (inCAD Components).
