The components, in this case the B-column panel, are placed in the intended component mounts in the open state of the buffer drawer. The exact position determination and locating of the components is ensured via guide brackets (NAAMS) and contour blocks/NC blocks (NAAMS). The reliable and trouble-free mount type protects the components against deformation and damage. Sensors detect the loading state and the correct positioning of the components. Manually cosing the drawer is assisted by dampers to prevent the components from being displaced. A pneumatic clamping device locks the drawer in the closed state during the picking process until the sensor system reports that the station has been unloaded. Only then will the pneumatic clamping device unlock and the drawer can be opened again so that the process can be started anew.
