Semi-finished products

Semi-finished products are a central component in machinery construction. MISUMI offers a wide range of semi-finished products for a variety of applications. All MISUMI semi-finished products meet the highest quality standards and can be freely configured in line with your individual requirements. This makes our semi-finished products and work pieces especially versatile.

Metal plates are one of the most essential semi-finished products in machinery construction. MISUMI offers them in a variety of materials: Aluminium, steel and copper are the most important materials. There are also many versions of semi-finished metal plates: Plates, blocks, L-shape, concave blocks, round blocks, flat rods and wedges are just a few examples.

The second part of our semi finished product range consists of freely configurable rods, round poles and tubes. All versions can be configured in terms of length and diameter to guarantee an exact fit. This means that no cutting or other work needs to be done, which will save a great deal of time. All rods, round poles and tubes are available made from metal or plastic.

For basic functions, MISUMI offers pre-machined metal plates and panels to save you preparation work. A wide range of helpful and configurable mounting base plates, mounting plates and brackets will be effective time-savers.

Plastic is one of the most important materials for semi-finished products, alongside metal. Either transparent or opaque: MISUMI offers plastic plates and covers in many versions. Ceramic plates and visual inspection ports are also available and can be configured in line with individual requirements. Additional options such as bore holes are also available.

Our range of semi-finished products also covers all types of angles and steel shapes, particularly: L-shaped angles, U-steels and metal cases. The U-steel semi-finished products are available in lengths of between 30 and 1000m and in various widths and strengths. They can be supplied with mounting bore holes. Our metal cases in freely configurable sizes and matching mounting plates are made from rust-proof formed steel.
