Timing pulleys

MISUMI’s timing pulleys are available for almost every shaft diameter in relation to number of teeth as well as to the profile chosen. They offer the option of non-positive or positive connections to the shaft using a clamping screw, keyway or conical clamping sleeve. MISUMI offers timing pulleys in aluminium or steel versions.

The timing belt and suitable timing pulleys will provide you with a perfectly matched belt drive. Timing pulleys are the counterparts of the timing belts in belt drives. There are several different transmission variants that may arise from these components. Of particular importance here is that the timing belts and the disks used in conjunction with them are coordinated.

Individual constructions? Our development department is prepared for anything. The timing pulleys are made on an individual basis by us upon request. Alongside our extensive standard range, we also offer products which are finely tuned to our clients’ specific requirements. WF-pulleys can be manufactured from a variety of materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, plastic, steel and cast iron.
