Where can I change my personal data?
You can change your personal data here:
- Log in to the My MISUMI portal
- Go to Change company information in the User settings tab
Here you can change information like Contact Name, Department, E-Mail adress, Job Function and others.
How will the MISUMI WEBINDEX help me with my product search?
The MISUMI WEBINDEX offers you all our product lines at a glance and navigates you to your desired products in 2 steps. Alternatively you can find your product by using the shape search. It is your online guide which includes:
- General engineering information (such as tolerances etc.)
- Material information
- Product technical information (e.g. load calculation on linear guides)
Where can I find the CAD download history?
You can find your CAD download history in our "My MISUMI" customer portal under "Archive" at the bottom left. Here, you can see CAD data that has already been downloaded and download it again if necessary.

Can I request custom-made products?
Yes, you can request custom-made products from us.
To do so, please contact us through My MISUMI:
- Log in to My MISUMI
- Go to "Customized products"
- Fill in the form.
We will check with our manufacturers first of all to determine whether the requested custom-made products are possible and then inform you accordingly.

Information on our products is available directly on our product pages. You can find out how to access the product pages here. If you require additional information, please refer to the Technical Product Information on our website. Here, you will find

Is there a new hard copy catalogue available?
MISUMI no longer offers a catalogue in hard copy. You can find all products from our portfolio and configure the desired parts in the online shop on our website. Special product catalogues and our MISUMI-Webindex can be found here.
If you have any questions about specific specifications or custom-made products, please contact our technical support team.
How can I obtain the required certificates or general documents from MISUMI?
You can find the majority of the required documents and certificates in our My MISUMI customer portal. If you need further forms, you can contact us via the My MISUMI Help Center. We will contact the manufacturers directly to request the desired certificates or documentation and then forward them to you.
Where can I find MISUMI’s supplier self-declaration?
You can find the supplier self-declaration here. All MISUMI-relevant information can be taken from the PDF file. Internal documents provided by you for the inclusion of MISUMI in your supplier file cannot be filled out by MISUMI.
