Where can I find the ROHS and REACH declaration of conformity?

You can download the ROHS and REACH declaration of conformity directly from My MISUMI:

  • Log in to My MISUMI:
  • Click on "RoHS and REACH Regulations under "General Documents"
  • Now you can download the desired document

Where can I find the ISO certificates?

ISO certificates can be downloaded from My MISUMI at any time.

  • Log in to the My MISUMI portal
  • Click on the desired ISO certificate under the General Documents tab.
  • Now download the desired document

How can I get a long-term delivery declaration? (LDD)?

Long-term supplier's declarations are issued for goods without preferential originating status. For this purpose, MISUMI uses its own form, which complies with the Implementing Regulation 2015/2447 (UZK-IA). The validity is limited to 24 months. MISUMI has no legal obligation to issue a supplier's declaration according to 2015/2447 (UZKIA), for more information please see our General Terms and Conditions. How can I convert my quotation into an order?

You can convert your quotation into an order online as follows:

  • Log in to the My MISUMI portal
  • Select Quotation history under the Tools tab (bottom left)
  • You can view your quotations here
  • Click on the quotation
  • Click the "Convert into order" button at the bottom right

Now you can complete your order.

Are the prices shown as net or gross?

The prices in the MISUMI online shop are shown as net prices, excluding VAT. If 19% VAT is due on your order, this will be shown in the last step of the online order and on the order confirmation. If you order from outside Germany, but within the EU and provide us with a valid VAT ID during registration or before ordering, the order will be free of tax.

If the VAT ID is no longer valid when an order is placed, the invoice will be issued with 19% VAT applied. To avoid any problems, please notify us of any changes to the VAT ID on time via our Help Center

Can I get my items faster?

It is not possible to shorten the delivery time within the standard delivery time for an item (between 3 and 9 working days until dispatch). If you see a later delivery date than the standard delivery time displayed on the product page, proceed as follows:

  • Log in to your MISUMI Portal
  • Go to "Help Center"
  • Provide detailed information on the item and order you are requesting a shorter delivery time for.

We will ask the manufacturer for a shorter delivery time for the specific order. The supplier usually responds by the next working day, and we will inform you as soon as possible.

Is there a minimum order quantity or minimum order value?

There is no minimum order quantity or minimum order value for MISUMI products. In rare cases, there may be items from suppliers sold by MISUMI that have a minimum order quantity.

Details for items sold with a minimum order quantity will be provided on the product page. If your order quantity is lower than the minimum order quantity, you will be notified during the order process.

How can I find the correct part number if I receive an error message?

Check the quotation or order form to see if one of the suggested part numbers is the correct one. You can also check the part number in our "Part Number Checker". If you cannot find a matching part number, please contact our technical support.
