Can I request custom-made products?
Yes, you can request custom-made products from us.
To do so, please contact us through the MyMISUMI customer portal:
- Log in to MyMISUMI
- Go to Help Center
- Select the categories 'Technical/product information' and 'Product Enquiry'
- Fill in the form and send it
We will check with our manufacturers first of all to determine whether the requested custom-made products are possible and then inform you accordingly.
