Frequently asked questions
Files from the old version of FRAMES can be opened in the new version of FRAMES. We do not recommend the opposite, since features and parts are not the same in the old version.
Currently this software has a majority of our extrusion products available, and we will be releasing future versions as we add more parts and features.
The OS can be used with the 64-bit version of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Recommended specs:
OS: Windows 10 64-bit | Windows 11 64-bit
CPU/memory: Core i5 (2.7GHz, 4 cores) or higher / 8GB or higher
Required HDD free space: 5GB
Graphic board: NVIDIA recommended
MISUMI FRAMES is an installation type application and not available on the web.
There are no registration or usage fees.
If you already have another CAD program on your computer then nothing needs to be installed once the folder is downloaded. Just double click the FRAMES application and the software will run right from the folder. If this is your first CAD software then you need to install the 2 component files first and then you can run the FRAMES application.
