Shipping companies

Within Germany, deliveries are made by GLS as standard. Deliveries to other European countries are made by TNT. Please note that in rare cases, other logistics companies may also be used, e.g. DHL, UPS or Raben Logistics.

Shipping time

We ship available stock items on the same day if ordered by 4 p.m. Monday to Thursday (3 p.m. on Friday). For customised parts, the production time is added – this is shown on the product page of the online shop after you have configured the item and entered the quantity. The subsequent delivery time within Germany is one working day, and correspondingly longer for deliveries abroad. For more information, see the delivery time overview. We also offer express shipping.

Shipping costs

The freight costs for shipping vary depending on the destination country and whether standard or express shipping is used. Within Germany, shipping costs are €5. For other countries, please refer to the shipping costs overview for more information.

Where is my order?

You can view your order status and tracking number in your MyMisumi account. Details about the shipping provider and shipment tracking can also be found in the shipping confirmation email.

Express delivery

We offer express shipping. This must be requested.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in the MISUMI online shop:

  • Credit card: VISA & Mastercard
  • Invoice (30 days payment term)
  • Prepayment by bank transfer
  • PayPal

Cash Discount

MISUMI does not offer standard discounts for early payment.

Pro forma invoice

In exceptional cases, as well as for educational institutions and associations, advance payment is the only option available. In such cases, a pro forma invoice will be issued and must be paid in advance. More information.
