This scanner holder has been designed using a modular approach. It can be used in laser marking systems for injectors. It is adjustable in different axial directions, can be tilted and is stable. To build the holder one needs not more than MISUMI rods and corresponding MISUMI linear shafts. The shown holder provides wide flexibility and variability for the mounting of the scanner, allowing for easy adjustments during production changes. Interferences – such as reflections – can be also easily reduced in variably adjustable geometry.
