The workpiece carrier is compatible with Bosch Rexroth TS1. This special workpiece carrier is used for a manual jigging of a housing with a taped flange and the respective shaft. The housing is seated on 4 height adjusting pins using defined surfaces of the housing flange. The housing’s position is controlled by guide pins. Manual loading is supported by guide rails. The locating pin is used to align the taped flange of the housing. The position of the upper locating pin is adjustable using an index plunger to allow for housings with two different types of taped flange to be held. The set position can be identified through coloured plastic washers. To avoid unintentional lifting, there is ball retainer screw mounted sideways near the upper locating pin. There is also a transport seat made of V-blocks for the respective shaft.
