Team Lead Strategic Projects - Business Development (m|f|div)

As Team Leader for Strategic Projects in Business Development, you will optimize services and products, coordinate with sales and marketing and analyze market and competitive information. You will identify new product opportunities based on technical customer requirements and prepare status reports and summaries of results.

• Management and coordination of strategic projects: You will take responsibility for the planning, implementation and completion of project-related tasks that are highly strategic and technical in nature. 
• Develop project strategy: Together with other departments such as Sales and Marketing, you will develop long-term strategies to optimize service providers and products and implement them in specific projects.
• Technical requirements analysis and implementation: You evaluate the technical requirements collected from customers to identify product opportunities and further developments and ensure that these technical requirements are implemented efficiently.
  Technological development: You identify new technical trends and evaluate product, market and competitive information in the field of industrial automation to support strategic processes.

• You have a degree in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering) or a comparable technical qualification.
• You already have experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• You have sound knowledge and experience in the application of methods for data collection and evaluation in order to make well-founded decisions and increase the efficiency of processes.
• You are adept at using modern analysis tools and methods to interpret and visualize data in order to present complex relationships in an understandable way and develop effective solutions.
• You have a sound knowledge of industrial automation and a deep understanding of the business processes and requirements of the industry in order to develop innovative and practice-oriented solutions.
• You are skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models, are familiar with different materials, tolerances and machining processes and understand the requirements for precise and efficient working methods.
