Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst (m|f|div)

Your TASKS will include the following ACTIVITIES

• Develop Business Intelligence and Sales Steering activities through data analysis.
• Collaborate across departments to improve campaigns, maintain data projects, and enhance data quality.
• Analyze customer, regional, product, and market trends.
• Create and update management reports and ad-hoc dashboards.
• Advise stakeholders on data requests for campaign planning and targeting.
• Study the effectiveness of sales and marketing actions.
• Optimize marketing spend through data-driven insights.
• Manage daily use of Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce.

EXPERIENCE | EDUCATION | SKILLS

• Min. Bachelor’s degree with good grades in Business Economics/Data Analytics or any similar field.
• Min. 3 years of working experience in business consulting or as a data analyst for sales/marketing.
• Professional German and English skills are required.
• Excellent MS-Office skills, in particular Excel and Power Point.
• Knowledge about Google universe i.e. Ads, GA4, BigQuery and GTM is a plus.
• Good knowledge of sales & marketing KPIs.
