Teamwork, integration and cohesion when it comes to solving problems
MISUMI is growing strongly, how does this affect your field of activity?
As our team is continuing to grow, one of the main tasks of a team lead is to integrate all the different personalities well into the team. Growth also changes the way we work, such as the introduction of a new system with which we will be able to cope with the ever-growing volume of work in the future.

MISUMI is growing strongly, how does this affect your field of activity?
You can see it in the dynamics of the cooperation between the departments, the exchange of information between the departments has increased significantly. Also in digital marketing department we have been able to acquire some highly motivated new colleagues. It is very enriching to see their contribution to our team of qualified professionals. I hope we will be joined by more experts soon and we will have exciting time working on upcoming projects.

The answer is hidden in the question already. The high number of represented nationalities generates very exciting working atmosphere. We have this unique opportunity to learn about the different cultures every day, which makes us all more tolerant and to work more effectively as a team in the end.

What is special about MISUMI as an employer?
MISUMI has a very special workplace environment because of the diverse set of people who work here. With peers coming from all parts of the world there is cognitive diversity which makes the workplace extremely exciting. Given the vastness of MISUMI's operations, the organisation is nimble and agile in its own way which makes the work culture vibrant. I personally love the diversity and the cultural mix at MISUMI.
MISUMI is growing strongly, how does this affect your field of activity?
MISUMI's growth story is what makes it a great place to learn and thrive. In a small timeframe of 8 months, I have dabbled into quality management, sales reporting and BI driven analytics already. My role is expanding continuously and every day there is a lot to learn. Data driven decision making is a part of our culture and I believe it will continue to play a critical role as MISUMI grows. I am excited about what the future has to offer.
How do you assess your personal development at MISUMI?
I come with an experience of over 7 years in the IT industry with deep expertise in Six Sigma, IT Experience, Quality Management and Knowledge Management. Over the last 7 months, I have not only been able to apply my prior experience but have also been exposed to sales, operations and business intelligence. I strongly believe in “what you learn, never goes waste” This is exactly what I can reckon being at Misumi. The peer group at Misumi is kind, helpful and supports me to learn more and do better. The growth opportunities are exciting, and I am excited to learn new things along the way.
