Indexing plunger in combination with fulcrum pins

To prevent unintentional loosening of the locking position of an application, indexing plungers with fulcrum pins are used. Fulcrum pins also allow moving parts to be mounted. The head of a fulcrum pin forms a stop that secures the moving part, but still allows it to move freely. Fulcrum pins are therefore often used in conjunction with moving parts such as articulated arms, articulated heads and hinge bearings, swivel washers, hinge bolts, hinge blocks and hinge plates. MISUMI offers fulcrum pins in addition to the classic flat-head screws with slot and attachment (DIN 923) for many individual applications. MISUMI also offers fulcrum pins in various stainless steels as well as hardened or bronzed steel to suit the requirements on the market. You can also choose between 2 tolerance fields for the specific accuracy (-0.01/-0.05, g6).

Example application IBK-Herzog workpiece carrier TS2

The workpiece carrier of our partner IBK-Herzog is compatible with Bosch Rexroth TS2. This special workpiece carrier is used for a housing cover pre-assembly. This workpiece carrier is designed to run through various process steps of a housing cover. An indexing plunger secures a change nest for different lid types, which is located on a pillar frame.
