Guide rollers
Guide rollers fulfil various different tasks. One the one hand, the type of guide is important, on the other hand the guide strap. Both define the type of construction and function of the guide roller. Here, MISUMI offers a wide range of different designs in order to be able to provide the correct answer for most types of guide roller applications.

The additional height of vertical guide rollers gives them special support for large transported materials. Possible materials for the rollers are two aluminium alloys, stainless steel and polyurethane rubber. They can all be configured to roller diameters between 20 to 50 mm. The lengths available are between 20 to 50 mm. The vertical guide rollers are pre-assembled and thus, can be implemented without much effort.
Guide rollers with V-groove
Guide rollers with V-groove are available at MISUMI with a 60° and 90° V-groove. This design can be used for different guides for rails and workpieces. The 90° design is designed for L sections, whereas the 60° variant is made for wire. Roller diameters between 40 and 60 mm are available depending on the design. Materials available for the rollers are steel, aluminium and MC nylon (also conductive).
Sheave
The sheave is a guide roller with a 40° round V-groove. It is mainly suitable for wire ropes with the diameters 4, 6, 8 and 10 mm.
Axle roller
These guide rollers have a bearing. The thickness of the spacer is selectable from 1 mm onwards. Each fastening height can be selected. The axle rollers are equipped with a thread between 5 to 100 mm. Roller diameters can be defined between 11 to 30 mm. Axle rollers, e.g., can be used as a cable carrier guide:
Flat guide rollers
Flat guide rollers are available in the diameters 20, 30 and 40 mm.
Guide rollers with conical thread
This variant is primarily suitable for use with sectional steel; a classic application scenario, for example, is the use in lifts. Example:
The angle of the body of the cone amounts to 63°. The sizes 20, 30 and 60 mm can be selected.
