Roller conveyors
Roller conveyors are an elementary component in many conveying systems. Individual arrangements based on the place and type of use are required that make optimum use of special conditions to transport parts. In addition to roller conveyors, miniature roller sheets and roller chutes are also available for realising complex conveyor constructions.
Roller conveyors with configurable lengths
Each roller conveyor model with a 19mm roller diameter is configurable in its specifications. Roller conveyor lengths ranging from 120 to 960mm are available; the number of rollers varies between 6 and 48 depending on the length and roller distance. The width can be adjusted from 113 to 513mm. Rollers, bearings and frames use steel material.
Roller conveyors with 28mm and 38mm roller diameters offer similar configuration options.
Roller conveyor options
A wide range of easy add-on options are available for each roller conveyor.
- Roller conveyors can be bored to provide a support mount
- Belt conveyor guide rails, single- and double-sided
- Mounting brackets can be added to roller conveyor guides. Fixing screws and nuts (M10) are included in the delivery. Delivery parts are disassembled.
- Belt conveyors, one or two units per roller conveyor
Miniature roller sheets - minimal friction and tilt
This variety of roller conveyor consists of rollers with a small diameter and low friction. This allows transportation of conveyed goods with minimal friction.
Height differences between roller conveyors can be easily managed without the need for large tilts, protecting the conveyed material.
Plastic roller conveyor
In addition to metal roller conveyors, MISUMI also offers plastic varieties. These allow additional guide rails on both sides of the roller conveyor.
