Why cannot I place my order directly?

If you request items in the MISUMI online shop which are currently not in stock, your order will be set 'on hold' by the system, until the supplier has confirmed the requested quantity and delivery date.
 
In cases like this, an error message highlighted in red appears in the quotation process. Please proceed as follows:
  • Use the displayed option Request for MISUMI
  • Enter the required quantity and the preferred delivery date and send the request. A reception number for your inquiry will be displayed.
 
It usually takes one working day to process the inquiry. As soon as you have received a response to your inquiry by email, you need to confirm it in the MyMISUMI customer portal:
  • Log in to your MyMISUMI profile
  • Go to ‘Inquiry List’ in the menu on the left-hand side
  • You will see an overview of the inquiries and can confirm the relevant ones.
  • Finalise your order.
 
Afterwards, you will receive your order confirmation as PDF file via email and can also review it in your order overview in the MyMISUMI customer portal after a short transmission time.

Why am I asked to fill out a Compliance Declaration?

As an international company, MISUMI is obliged to comply with export controls and their legal requirements, which are regulated by EU regulations, worldwide sanctions lists and the German Foreign Trade Regulation. As your company is based in a third country and/or operates in a critical industry sector, we can only complete your registration once you have completed, signed and returned our Compliance Declaration.

My Company is already a registered customer with MISUMI. I would like to register an additional user account for myself - How can I do this?

If your company already has a corporate account with MISUMI, you can have an additional user account added to the existing corporate account. The system requirement for this is that you know your company's MISUMI customer code. Please do the following within the online registration:
  • Enter your email address and submit the form
  • Confirm the activation link you will receive via email
  • Enter your personal details and choose a login ID and password
  • Choose the option to add your user account to an existing corporate account
  • Enter the MISUMI customer number of your company, check your data in the next step and send the registration.
 
Your registration will be checked afterwards. Please be aware that your registration will not be approved by MISUMI, but by your company's internal administrator. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You can then log in to your account and fully use it.

How can I find out who is the administrator responsible for approving my account?

If you have added yourself as an additional user to an existing corporate account by entering a MISUMI customer number, your company administrator will receive an email asking to complete your registration.

What is meviy?

meviy is MISUMI's own on-demand manufacturing service for customised CNC milled parts, sheet metal parts and CNC turned parts. You can log in to the meviy website with your MISUMI user account and configure products there using your own 3D CAD files. Please be aware that you can also use the meviy design software as a MISUMI CAD user, but a MISUMI corporate account is necessary to order the created components.

Product search at MISUMI

Search for the required item using the search bar on our website. You can search for the item using keywords, part numbers or a type code. Alternatively, look above the search bar and search by product category, brand or application. You can then configure your desired item using our product configurator.

Registration with MISUMI

Any officially registered company, any trader, as well as educational institutions, can register as a Corporate User. This registration is a prerequisite for ordering or requesting quotations from MISUMI. Details on how to register can be found in the FAQ. Once you have completed your registration, it will be checked manually. This usually takes half a working day. You will receive a message from us as soon as your registration has been successfully approved. Your registration is now complete and you can log in to the MISUMI website and make full use of your account. You can place orders, request quotations and use all other functions of the MyMISUMI customer portal. When registering as a CAD user, you enter your personal data and company name, accept the GTCs and submit the registration. CAD user registrations will not be checked manually and you can use your account as soon as the registration is completed. You can now download CAD data in the MISUMI website. Please be aware that as a CAD user you cannot create orders or request quotations.

Quotations at MISUMI

In order to receive a quote from MISUMI, it is necessary to be registered as a Corporate User. If you are a registered customer, log in to your account and request your quote online. You can find more detailed information on the enquiry process in the FAQ. You can download the offer directly as PDF file. If we need feedback from you, we will contact you. Please note that offers in the online shop can only be finalised if all possible problems (incorrect part numbers, delivery times requested from the suppliers, etc.) have been clarified in advance via the website and confirmed from your side. Order at MISUMI

To place an order with MISUMI, you have to be registered as a Corporate User. If you are a registered customer, please log in to your account and place your order online. Immediately after placing the order you can download your order confirmation which also shows the shipping date. Information on the tracking number will be provided on the day of shipment. In case we need additional information we will contact you as soon as possible. More detailed information on the ordering process can be found in the FAQ. Delivery Process at MISUMI

Stock items ordered Mon-Thu by 4 pm and Fri by 3 pm (CET) are usually shipped the same day. All other items have a delivery time of 3-9 days (exceptions possible). Please refer to your order confirmation for the exact delivery date of your order. The shipping costs for online orders are displayed during the ordering process on our website. Alternatively, you will find these on your order confirmation. In Germany, orders are generally shipped with GLS whereas TNT is our standard provider for shipments to all other countries. If your company has a carrier account with TNT, FEDEX, UPS or DHL, this can be added to your MISUMI account, more information you can find in the FAQ.
