How can I obtain the required certificates or general documents from MISUMI?
You can find the majority of the required documents and certificates in our My MISUMI customer portal. If you need further forms, you can contact us via the My MISUMI Help Center. We will contact the manufacturers directly to request the desired certificates or documentation and then forward them to you.
Where can I find MISUMI’s supplier self-declaration?
You can find the supplier self-declaration here. All MISUMI-relevant information can be taken from the PDF file. Internal documents provided by you for the inclusion of MISUMI in your supplier file cannot be filled out by MISUMI.
Where can I get the customs tariff number and information on the country of origin of a purchased item?
How can I get a long-term delivery declaration? (LDD)?
Long-term supplier's declarations are issued for goods without preferential originating status. For this purpose, MISUMI uses its own form, which complies with the Implementing Regulation 2015/2447 (UZK-IA). The validity is limited to 24 months. MISUMI has no legal obligation to issue a supplier's declaration according to 2015/2447 (UZKIA), for more information please see our General Terms and Conditions.
