Personal data
Personal data is data about you. It includes your name, address and e-mail address. You also do not have to divulge any personal data to be able to visit our website. In certain cases, we will require your name and address as well as additional information in order to be able to offer you the service you require.
The same is true if we provide you with information materials on request or if we answer your queries. We will always notify you of this in these cases. We also only save the data which you have sent to us automatically or voluntarily.

Who will receive my data?
Even if we use a service provider for commissioned processing, we will nevertheless remain responsible for the protection of your data. All processors are contractually obliged to treat your data confidentially and to process it only within the scope of providing the service. The processors commissioned by us will receive your data if they need the data to perform their respective services. These are, for example, IT service providers that we require for the operation and security of our IT system as well as advertising and address publishers for our own advertising campaigns.
Your data is processed in our customer database. The customer database supports the enhancement of the data quality of the existing customer data (duplicate cleansing, moved/deceased indicator, address correction) and allows the enrichment with data from public sources.
This data is made available to the corporate group of companies if necessary for contract processing. Customer data is stored separately for each company, with our parent company acting as a service provider for the individual participating companies.
If there is a legal obligation and in the context of legal prosecution, authorities and courts as well as external auditors may receive your data. In addition, insurance companies, banks, credit agencies and service providers may receive your data for the purpose of contract initiation and fulfillment.
