Hints and advice for set up and installation can also be found in the MISUMI catalog.

MISUMI offers the following air nozzle versions:

  • Flat, 90° made from thermoplastic (denatured PPE), aluminium (EN AW-5052/AlMg2,5) or stainless steel (1.4301/X5CrNi18-10) with less air consumption than conventional metal nozzles
  • Flat is available in an inexpensive stainless steel version (1.4301/X5CrNi18-10)
  • Round is available in aluminium (EN AW-5052/AlMg2,5) or stainless steel (1.4301/X5CrNi18-10) versions

Our flat air nozzles made from plastic, aluminium or stainless steel are characterized by particularly high quality features: They exhibit particularly strong and consistent nozzle performance and have lower air consumption than conventional metal nozzles.

They are especially suited to:

  • The removal of oil or water drops
  • Scraping
  • Cooling / drying
  • As an air curtain (the corresponding steel tubes are also available)

The inexpensive flat air nozzle version is especially suited for Air Nozzles protecting against dust and ensuring good ventilation. Two spraying angles can be chosen: fan-shaped parallel to the slot or at a wide angle. Round version air nozzles are especially suited to blowing air through tight spaces and help to remove oil, water drops or dirt. They can also dry and ventilate. The air is blown straight through the openings.
