Ball rollers or ball casters in many versions for individual requirements

Ball rollers are often used in the construction of conveying equipment and other machinery. For this reason, MISUMI offers a variety of ball rollers versions to provide the perfect solution to your individual mounting requirements. All listed versions are made from stainless steel and they are also available in plastic in some cases.

This threaded version is available with either stainless steel balls or with main balls made from POM. There are two versions of stud bolts:

The main body is available made from stainless steel or plastic. The material used in the plastic version is polyacetal. Please note: The plastic version is not suitable for high-speed transport!

For snug fit installation, this version offers similar characteristics. The polyacetal plastic version possesses its own adhesive layer. In principle, this version should be mounted using an adhesive attachment - pressing can cause the balls to malfunction.

The available installation types are snug fit and exterior thread. The plunger version enables objects to slide into the ball stroke via the in-built spring.

This ball caster version possesses a lock nut on the stud bolt for extra hold. The flange version features two bore holes for mounting.

The length of the individual ball casters can be configured thanks to the adjusting bolt. The length of the exterior thread is between 8 and 20mm, the length of the interior adjusting bolt can be configured to between 5 and 12mm.

MISUMI ball roller units are available in the following lengths: 200, 400 and 600mm. The number of rollers per unit is four for the 200mm version, eight for 400mm, and 12 for 600mm. The options for mounting the ball rollers on the unit are:

• Stud bolts with hex head
• Snug fit

All ball roller units are able to transport objects in all directions.
