Thrust bearings

Thrust bearings permit rotation between parts and are designed to support predominately axial loads. MISUMI offers a variety of configurable components, where thrust bearings can be utilised in numerous scenarios. MISUMI thrust bearings are distinguished by premium quality and reliability in everyday systems operation.

Bearings are secured to housings with set screws, which can easily be removed to replenish lubricants. All types are available with or without pilot. Thrust bearings with housing are configurable in 7 to 30mm diameter. Bearings with 14mm diameter have 2 counter bores in the housing; diameters larger than 17mm are equipped with 4 bores. The surface can be treated with black oxide or chemical nickel-plating.

Thrust ball bearings are available in steel and stainless steel. An inner diameter of 10 to 30mm can be selected, whereby the allowable rotational speed decreases with increasing diameter; the exact specifications can be reviewed in the PDF file of the product. Be careful when opening the product package: The raceway plates and retainer come apart easily!

Thrust needle roller bearings with retainer are available with an inner diameter of 4 to 30mm. Compatible thrust washers are also available in the range.

This special type combines roller bearings and ball bearings. Special features: A dust cover is provided on the thrust bearing side to prevent intrusion of dirt and lubricant leakage. With its ability to sustain radial and axial loads simultaneously, NKXZ is suitable for compact layouts for use with fixed shaft ends. The NKXRZ performs better with axial loads.
