The prices in our online shop are stated as net prices. The gross prices including VAT are displayed during the ordering process. MISUMI Europa GmbH supplies only commercial customers.
In addition, other costs (such as shipping or customs costs) may apply according to circumstances. For more information, please refer to the section "Prices and Payment" in our Terms and Conditions.
Particularly large order quantities are usually no challenge for our production and supply chain. In order to be able to give you a binding shipping date - even if the standard quantity is exceeded - we have to make separate enquiries to our own production sites and manufacturers.
To have this process run automatically, please check the box in your order at "The required quantity exceeds the standard amount, the lead time will be requested with the supplier" (1). You will be informed of the determined shipping date within one day. Optionally it is possible by means of the calendar function (2) to set a desired date for the dispatch.
Afterwards you can continue your order process and will receive a preliminary order/quotation confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail contains all the important information about your order. At the same time, we check the requested large quantity. After completing this check, you will receive an e-mail from our Customer Service. Please check the data.
The shipping date included in the offer has a limited validity period, which can also be found in the e-mail. You can then complete the order for your requested large quantity either via a link or in the customer area of our online shop.

There is an individual quantity discount scale for each MISUMI product. After you have selected a product, you can determine the price for the desired quantity on the product details page.
For an overview of our quantity discount scale, please click on "Order Now". In the second order step "Specify Shipping Method" you can view the quantity discount scale by clicking on the column "No." you see the Price/quantity scale. Change the desired quantity and thus also the price. Often even a small change in the number of pieces can make a difference: Change the order quantity to achieve a lower unit price at the next higher discount level.
You will receive the customs tariff number with the order confirmation. Each individual item shall bear a customs tariff number.
The customs tariff number is used to determine the import and export regulations for the goods in question. At the same time, the correct determination of the customs tariff number is also necessary for Intrastat declarations, to determine the excise duty rate or within the framework of the right of origin of goods and preferential rights.
The delivery days mentioned below are for reference. Depending on your location, please add the days mentioned in the table to the delivery time mentioned on the product page in the Online Shop.

The current COVID-19 situation is heavily impacting our products’ import costs. Since middle of March, the unprecedented changes in cargo handling have resulted in 200-500% higher freight costs for our goods from our production sites in Asia to Europe.
In order to ensure further reliable supply chains, especially in these difficult times, this leaves us no other chance as to increase freight charge. It will go into effect for orders placed from May 1st, 2020. Every delivery will be charged 11.50 Euros in addition to the freight costs you are usually invoiced until further notice.
We regret to notify you that following Brexit our freight forwarders have increased the cost for forwarding goods to the United Kingdom. Consequently, we must adjust our freight charge for Standard and Express Delivery. A surcharge of 16.50 Euros per shipment to the United Kingdom will be invoiced from February 15th, 2021.
All orders received by February, 12th by 00:00pm GMT will continue to be subject to a surcharge of 11.50 EUR. From February 15th the surcharge will increase to 16.50 EUR.
Due to customs clearance deliveries to destinations outside Germany may take longer. Depending on product size, weight and dimensions, on contrary to our standard delivery terms (refer to AGB — general terms and conditions) other dispatching types may be used. Due to free-unloading-ramp deliveries, forwarder performed deliveries demand a customer provided forklift or elevating truck. Depending on your location, please add the days mentioned in the table to the delivery time mentioned on the product page in the Online Shop.

If you need your product faster we offer the following options.
Express shipping within Germany
For Germany, shipments are completed within one day.
Express shipping within Europe
We also offer express shipping within Europe. Delivery times and prices vary from country to country. In most cases the shipment will be delivered within 1 or 2 days within Europe. You can choose the express delivery option at the checkout in our Web Ordering System. Alternatively, please contact the MISUMI customer service to receive further information on prices and delivery times.
Shortened production time of your desired product
We offer some products within a shortened production time. This service is applicable for products with more than 3 shipping days. (Information about shipping days to be found in price-/shipping table, see the example below). If you need a product urgently you can request the shortened production time by contacting the MISUMI customer service.
You can find the delivery times and prices for your part after successful configuration. This is also possible without login.
Please note that the displayed prices are general price information (without discounts, without verification). The displayed price may therefore differ from the binding price.
This is how you request a binding quotation in the online shop – after successful login: Click on the button "Quote / Order" in the upper navigation bar. Here you can get a binding price under "Quotation".
You can also call up binding information on delivery times and prices in the shopping cart. Click on the "Quotation" button to the right of the Order button.
If you order a warehouse product Monday to Thursday until 4 p.m. or Friday until 3 p.m., the goods leave our logistics centre in Frankfurt am Main on the same day. In Germany the delivery time is usually one day.
Of course, this only applies to stock items. Configurable parts, which are manufactured to your individual requirements, require correspondingly longer.
On the product detail page you can find the shipping time for the respective part number by clicking on the "Part number" tab in the "Delivery time" column.
Tip: If you only want to stock items in the MISUMI Online Shop, please tick the option "Display stock items only" on the left-hand side after entering the search term. Only the products that we have in stock and that are still being shipped on the day of order will be displayed.

The products you order will be shipped with DPD & TNT. All parts are assembled and dispatched in our modern warehouse (MISUMI Europa GmbH - Logistics, Josef-Eicher-Straße 13-15, 60437 Frankfurt am Main).
If we receive your order from Monday to Thursday before 4 p.m. or Friday before 3 p.m., we will ship stock items on the same day.
If you require a different delivery service, please inform us in good time: Sales@misumi-europe.com. Prerequisite is the specification of a customer account.
Yes, you will receive a status message with tracking number as soon as a shipment is sent. To view the delivery status, please log in with your MISUMI customer account. This also applies to orders that have not been placed directly in the online shop.
Click in the customer area on the "order history" and select the appropriate period. If you have the order number at hand, you can use it to go directly to the order.
Once you have selected your order, a click on "Tracking" will take you to the tracking code. Please track the displayed tracking number as follows. For shipments within Germany please track with GLS. For shipments to all other European countries, please track with TNT / FedEX. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
