Product search at MISUMI

Search for the desired item using the search bar on our website. You can search for the item using keywords, part numbers or a type code. Alternatively, look above the search bar and search under products, brands or applications.

Afterwards, you can configure your desired item using our product configurator.

Registration with MISUMI

Any officially registered company, any trader, as well as educational institutions, can register as a "Corporate User". This registration is a prerequisite for ordering or requesting quotations from MISUMI.

Details on how to register can be found here. Once you have registered and confirmed the activation link in the e-mail, you will receive a message from us confirming your registration. Please note that this can take up to half a working day. Your registration is now complete and you can log in, order, create quotes and use all other functions in the My MISUMI customer portal. When registering as a "CAD user", you enter your personal and company data, accept the GTCs and submit the registration. Now you can immediately download CAD data, but as a CAD user you cannot create orders or request quotations.

Offers at MISUMI

In order to receive a quotation from MISUMI, you have to be registered as a "Corporate User". If you are a registered customer, please log in to your account and request your quotation online.

Immediately after creating the quotation, you can download the quotation. In case we need additional information or if item codes are unclear, we will contact you as soon as possible. Order at MISUMI

To place an order with MISUMI, you have to be registered as a "Corporate User". If you are a registered customer, please log in to your account and place your order online.

Immediately after placing the order you can download your order confirmation which also shows the shipping date. Information on the tracking number will be provided on the day of shipment.

Delivery Process at MISUMI

Stock items ordered Mon-Thu by 4 pm and Fri by 3 pm (CET) are usually shipped the same day. All other items have a delivery time of 3-9 days (exceptions possible). Please refer to your order confirmation for the exact delivery date of your order.

The shipping costs for online orders are displayed during the ordering process on our website. Alternatively, you will find these on your order confirmation.

In Germany, orders are generally shipped with GLS whereas TNT is our standard provider for shipments to all other countries.

If your company has a carrier account with TNT, FEDEX, UPS or DHL, this can be added to your MISUMI account, more information here. If you would like express delivery, you can find more information here.

Payment at MISUMI

Several payment options are available when you are ordering with MISUMI: Invoice (30 days), prepayment by bank transfer or PayPal.

Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse in Germany, the invoice will be generated and sent to you by post. MISUMI also offers the option of electronic invoicing, which you can activate by entering your e-mail address here. In exceptional cases, MISUMI will send a pro forma invoice. If you have received a pro forma invoice, it must be paid before the order is processed. We will always inform you of any necessary advance payment as soon as possible after the order is placed.

Which payment methods does MISUMI offer?

MISUMI offers the payment methods invoice (30 days), advance payment via bank transfer or PayPal. You can select the payment methods accordingly during the online order process. For orders sent to MISUMI in writing, the standard payment method is generally invoice (30 days).

Educational institutions (schools, universities, etc.) as well as associations, are approved based on advance payment only and will receive a pro forma invoice for their orders. The order will only be processed once it has been settled and the payment has been posted. If you would like to receive a PDF invoice please see the picture on the right.

How do I get a copy of the invoice?

A copy of the invoice for your delivery is available in your My MISUMI portal:

  • Log in to the My MISUMI portal
  • Go to the order overview
  • You can download your document here under Download.

What are the Bank details for MISUMI?

The bank details for MISUMI Europa GmbH are: MISUMI Europa GmbH Commerzbank AG Frankfurt IBAN: DE06 5004 0000 0382 2913 00 BIC: COBADEFFXXX. This information is also included in the footer of your MISUMI invoice or online in the supplier self-declaration.

Where can I find my balance confirmation?

You can view and download the balance confirmation in your My MISUMI profile:

  • Log in to My MISUMI
  • Click "Download balance confirmation"
  • Enter the information in the search mask and download the balance confirmation.
