Suction pads ideal for transporting bags containing retort packs, food products, etc.
[Features]
·Suctions extremely soft workpieces, such as paper or plastic, and also swivels.
·Features a wide range of pad sizes, pad materials and holder shapes.
·The existing vacuum pad holders (A and B types) have been downsized to save space.
·As with previous models, the pad section can be replaced without removing the holder from the equipment.
·Also compatible with the optional fall prevention valve and direct mount type pad filters.
[Applications]
·Pad holders have been added that are suitable for fields requiring the use of non-copper-based metals and measures of low-concentration ozone.
·No copper-based metals are used in the metal component materials, and HNBR is used for the seal rubber material.

The pad can be changed without detaching the holder from the equipment.
Pad holders compatible with applications requiring "non-copper-based metal use" and "low concentration ozone measures" are available.
No copper-based metals are used in the metal component materials, and HNBR is used for the rubber sealing material.

  • *Pad material: Note that nitrile, conductive rubber (low resistance type). NBR is not suitable for low-concentration ozone measures.

Just attach a dedicated resin attachment to the bellows pad for work that is not suited to adsorption.
Optimal for glass transport, coating processes and molded part removal
