Main Points of Work Suitable currents will differ based on welding methods, the state of steel plates, etc. Pay attention to the state of slag and adjust it. The electrode manipulation ratio can be between 0.8 and 1.6. However, 1.2 to 1.5 is considered best for gravity welding. Excessive moisture absorption may lead to undercutting, the unevenness of beads, etc. Please dry at temperatures between 70°C and 100°C for 30 to 60 minutes. Excessive drying (such as that caused by long periods of time or high temperatures) may lead to incomplete penetration and burnt bars, even if no changes in quality are apparent.
