Easy Chain® - Version "E", E03 Series

Cost-effective, easy to fill e-chains® are available in two versions. In the "E" version the cable is simply installed from the outside, and in the "Z" version from the inside. The primaryreason to choose easy chains® is to save time when fitting cables. The material, igumid NB, presents more application opportunities due to its flexibility, UL94-V2 classification and excellent cleanroom qualities. The onepiece design keeps the easy chain® very cost effective.

E2 Mini - One-Piece E-chains®, 10 Series
IGUS
E2 mini are small one- or two-piece e-chains®, recommended for highly dynamic applications. igus® also offers a range of accessories and fixation options. Upgrades to openable versions are available for many types. Different types are interchangeable and can also serve as replacements.

E2/000 Full E-tubes, 1480 Series
IGUS
Series E2/000 is the fourth generation in this size. All past experience went into this series: easy and versatile assembly combined with ruggedness - high strength paired with quieter motion - long cable life and many mounting options. The design is consistent across all E2/000 variants. It is the standard product for machinery around the world.
Advantages of the E2/000 series:
- When a medium-sized, strong system (e-chains®, half e-tubes, completely enclosed e-tubes) is required
- For unsupported lengths up to 3.0m and fill weights up to 13kg/m
- For long travels up to 150m
